Terms of Service

These Terms describe the use of egedeneve.net and purchases from Egedeneve LLC. Please read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Orders and customer information

Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information and review your order details before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact sale@egedeneve.com promptly. Product availability, prices, and applicable charges are shown during the ordering process. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Personalized products and approval

For products requiring design or personalization approval, please carefully review the details we send you and confirm your final approval. Personalized products are dispatched within 1–5 business days after we receive your final approval. Delays in responding to our messages or emails will delay dispatch. If you request changes after approval, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once production has begun. We remain responsible for faults, incorrect items, and products that do not match the agreed personalization.

Payment and charges

Review the total price and any applicable shipping or tax charges displayed before completing your purchase. Do not submit payment information you are not authorized to use.

Shipping

Standard products are dispatched within 3 business days of placing your order. International delivery typically takes 3–7 days after dispatch. These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and transit time is separate from processing time. We do not accept orders for delivery to Türkiye through this website. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

Returns, cancellations, and EU withdrawal

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request a return or cancellation. Sign in through the account icon and select “Returns and cancellations” to access your orders, or contact sale@egedeneve.com.

EU consumers may withdraw from eligible purchases without giving a reason within 14 days, starting from delivery of the last item in the order. Where the final day falls on a weekend or public holiday, we extend the period to the next business day. Applicable legal exceptions may apply to clearly personalized products. Change-of-mind return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Personalized products are excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. This does not limit rights relating to faulty, incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming products. Please contact us about parcels damaged or lost in transit so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Use of our website

Do not use this website for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with its operation, or infringement of others’ rights. Only submit personalization materials that you have the right to use. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Consumer rights and updates

Mandatory legal protections remain applicable regardless of these Terms. Updates to these Terms will apply prospectively and will not remove rights relating to existing orders.
