Shipping Policy

Standard products are dispatched within 3 business days of placing your order. For personalized products, the 1–5 business day processing period begins once we receive your final approval of the personalization details or design. Delays in responding to our messages or emails will delay dispatch.

International delivery typically takes 3–7 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Processing time is separate from transit time.

We do not accept orders for delivery to Türkiye through this website.
