Crafted from olive wood, these bowls bring warm tones and individual grain patterns to your table. Choose a smaller size for spices, salt, or small accompaniments, or a larger option for snacks and individual servings.

Personalize the inside, front exterior, or underside with a name, date, message, logo, or your own artwork.

Choose text in one of our nine numbered fonts or submit your own design. The engraving layout is adapted to the selected bowl and available surface.

Each bowl has its own grain patterns, color transitions, textures, and natural markings. Product photographs show representative examples.

***WOOD STRUCTURE BY SIZE

• 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 cm bowls are crafted from a single piece of olive wood.

• 14, 15, 16, and 18 cm bowls are made from selected pieces of olive wood joined together (laminated construction).

In laminated bowls, changes in grain direction, natural color transitions, and visible join or glue lines may occur as part of the construction. These characteristics are not manufacturing defects.

As each bowl is handcrafted, the diameter and height may each vary by up to 0.5 cm (approximately 0.20 inches) from the stated measurements.

Engraving on the inner surface of the bowl.

2 — FRONT
Engraving on the front exterior.

Engraving on the base underneath the bowl.

Include your chosen location number with your personalization details.


3. CHOOSE ONE PERSONALIZATION OPTION

OPTION A — TEXT WITH A FONT

Choose one of the nine numbered fonts shown in the product images.

Enter:
• Engraving location number.
• Font number.
• The exact name, date, or text to engrave.

OPTION B — YOUR LOGO OR OWN DESIGN

Artwork suitability will be reviewed before production. Fine details or lengthy text may need to be simplified to suit smaller bowls.


4. CHECK YOUR DETAILS

Verify your engraving location, font number, spelling, capitalization, dates, and artwork before submitting your order.

The maximum engraving size is 3 inches / 7.62 cm, subject to the available surface. Smaller bowls and engraving locations require smaller designs.

The final layout is adapted to the selected bowl size and engraving location.


5. APPROVE YOUR PERSONALIZATION

We will send an approval message after purchase. Personalized production begins only after your approval.

Please check your messages and email and reply promptly. Delayed approval will delay dispatch.

Personalization details cannot normally be changed after engraving or customer-specific production begins.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Olive wood naturally varies in grain, color, texture, knots, and markings. Each bowl is unique, and these natural characteristics are not manufacturing defects.

Product photographs are representative. Your bowl's grain pattern, tones, and engraving appearance may differ from the examples.

Smaller bowls have limited engraving space. Text length and artwork detail must suit the selected size and location.

Please verify your selected diameter and all personalization details before approving production.


RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Bowls engraved with customer-specific names, dates, text, logos, or artwork are clearly personalized goods. Where applicable, the exception to the statutory right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU applies.

Personalized orders cannot normally be cancelled or modified after engraving or customer-specific production begins. Please contact us promptly if you need to request a change.

Personalization does not remove your statutory rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.

NON-PERSONALIZED CONSUMER ORDERS

For eligible non-personalized purchases, EU consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer law.

Notify Egedeneve within the applicable withdrawal period and securely package the product for return. You retain your legal right to inspect the goods.

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility where legally permitted and properly disclosed. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable law.

Handcrafted production or selection of a standard size alone does not make a product legally personalized.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT GOODS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the product and packaging where relevant so that we can assist you.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
