RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

NON-PERSONALIZED ORDERS

For eligible non-personalized purchases, EU consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer law.

Please notify Egedeneve within the applicable withdrawal period.

Returned products should be securely packaged. Customers retain their legal right to inspect the goods.

Where permitted by applicable law and properly disclosed, direct return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable law.


PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized through engraving may fall within the exception to the statutory right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Personalized products may therefore be excluded from the standard 14-day withdrawal right where the legal exception applies.

Personalized orders cannot normally be cancelled or modified once engraving or customer-specific production has started.

This does not affect statutory rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the product and packaging where relevant so that we can assist you.
