This is a product I have been looking at for a while now. I first saw them used on the YouTube channel, Pasta Grannies. I saw these women making huge sheets of pasta in these ancient, rural towns and rolling them out with a mattarello. This olive wood piece is unusually gorgeous. I just adore it! Fun to use, too!
